We’ve had a busy early autumn and have released a new dashboard design that makes it easier to navigate and understand the feedback you’re gathering. And a huge thanks to all our customers who helped with feedback!
When you next login, you’ll see the new dashboard design – you still have all the old tools, graphs and analysis but we’ve added a new set of tools to help you understand results by tag. And we’ve redesigned the navigation to made it easier to move around your dashboard.
The home screen of your dashboard includes a key data snapshot showing your latest stats, together with response rates, open rates and more.
But we think the most important feature is the new ‘Tags’ tab that you’ll find at the top of the page. Click on this and you’ll see your feedback organised by the tags you’ve applied to each piece of feedback. (As a quick refresher, you can apply tags to any piece of feedback to help you segment your data in a way that works for you. For example, you can add tags to define respondents by office, products, price points, sales rep, territories. Add tags manually or setup rules to add tags automatically.)
