SightMill Tabbed Feedback Surveys for Websites

SightMill supports two different web-based survey formats that help you gather visitor feedback.

This page demonstrates the Tabbed feedback form - you'll see a floating FEEDBACK tab half-way down the right hand side of the window.

Click the Tab to expand it and display either a 0-10 NPS feedback form or, in this example, a graphic set of smileys that are great for consumer-facing sites.

All the text and attributes of the survey form are controlled from your SightMill dashboard.

(The alternative display format is a pop-up NPS feedback form.

How it works:

SightMill generates a few lines of code that you'll need to insert into your webpage (or CMS such as WordPress).

The snippet of code is written in industry-standard Javascript and includes the unique identifiers for your site.

To install the code, copy and past the snippet into your website: it takes two minutes to add to your website.

Once installed, edit the text for the question, the colors and display attributes from your SightMill dashboard.

Display options

You can set the Tab to be displayed on the left or right hand side of the window; it automatically floats in the centre of the available space.
