Spread out survey emails over a of period time with our email drip campaigns

Sometimes you want to send out an email survey to all respondents in one hit, sometimes you want to drip feed it out to respondents over a period of weeks. Now, you can do either with our new email drip campaign feature!

This is simple to setup – upload your contact data (using the Email Data List menu option), then setup a new Email Drip campaign and define over how many weeks you want to spread the campaign. For example, if you have 1500 contacts and want to spread this out over three weeks, weekdays only, you can set this up in SightMill and you’ll see confirmation that every day 100 contacts will be sent a survey (100 x 5 days x 3 weeks = 1500).

(If you want to setup a standard campaign that sends out a survey to all respondents on a contact list, then it’s easiest to use the existing Email Schedule feature.)
