NPS surveys on your WordPress site

We're delighted to release our WordPress NPS plugin that's designed to make it incredibly easy to gather customer feedback from your website by adding SightMill Net Promoter Score surveys to your WordPress-powered website.

The plugin is approved and available for download from https://wordpress.org/plugins/sightmill-nps/ - and we've tested it with the latest versions of WordPress to make sure you it's quick and easy to install and get running.

To deliver NPS surveys on your WordPress-powered website, you will need a SightMill account with the ability to deliver web surveys - and it works well with all of our plans including our free plan, ensuring startups and smaller sites can get started with NPS for free.

Designed to make it very simple to setup, just copy your unique tracking code from your SightMill dashboard to the plugin config screen on your WordPress site and then choose on which page(s) you want the NPS surveys to be displayed.

For example, an e-commerce site might want to survey customers who have just made a purchase, so would select the 'thank you' page displayed after a customer has completed their order. Or for membership or subscription sites, it might be a page that's displayed once users have logged in. If you sell or promote individual products, you can add an NPS survey to each product page.

Once you've completed the two steps to configure the plugin, then all other settings are managed from with SightMill. This includes color, text and how and when the Net Promoter Score surveys are displayed.

Try it out: download the NPS plugin and start gathering customer feedback from your WordPress website.
