New SMS text message surveys help you gather feedback direct from mobile phones

SightMill now supports SMS text message surveys! We’re delighted to report that we’ve now released our fourth channel to help you gather feedback from customers and employees: SMS text messages.

This is a great way to reach consumers and mobile app users. We’ve already got clients using this service to gather feedback from students and general consumers, with great success.

The service is incredibly simple to setup – edit the survey text to send out, then upload a CSV file with the contact details (name, mobile phone number, and any tags), set a schedule, and press go. All responses are shown in real-time on your dashboard alongside any surveys coming in via email or from your website.

Pricing is equally simple: the feature is already part of all paid plans – so you can start using it now! Each SightMill member plan supports a certain number of SMS surveys per month – all within the pricing of your existing plan. If you want more surveys per month, you can always change plan to a higher number of surveys.
